Neon Swerve — Privacy Policy

Neon Swerve ("the app") is a free, ad-supported arcade game published by xFreeD. This policy explains what data is collected and why. The app is not directed to children and is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over.

Data we collect

The app itself does not require an account and stores your game progress (best score, coins, settings) only on your device. To show ads, our advertising partner Google AdMob may collect and process:

• Device / advertising ID — to serve and measure ads.
• Approximate location (derived from IP/coarse signals) — to serve relevant ads.
• App activity / interactions — to measure ad performance.

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Advertising

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, a consent prompt (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown before personalized ads are served. You can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), which affects ad personalization across apps.

Third parties

We use Google AdMob. Google's handling of data is described in its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not sell your personal data.

Children

This app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your choices

You can reset your advertising ID, opt out of ad personalization in device settings, and uninstall the app to remove locally stored data. For any request, contact us below.
